The Seeds of Giving is Danos' community investment and employee engagement initiative, rooted in Danos' purpose: Honor God. Develop great people to solve big challenges. Grounded in Matthew 25:35-36, 40, Seeds of Giving helps Danos care for people, strengthen communities, and mobilize team members to serve others.
The Executive Director will lead and strengthen Seeds of Giving as a trusted, purpose-centered, relational, and operational leader across Danos. This is a shepherding and building role for someone who can influence hearts and minds, model servant leadership, build authentic relationships, and turn purpose into practical action and measurable impact.
Reporting & Key Relationships
The Executive Director will report to the Seeds of Giving family lead and work closely with the Seeds of Giving Committee, Danos leadership, employees, nonprofit partners, customers, and community stakeholders. This role requires trust, discretion, and credibility to serve as a compassionate and confidential presence at every level.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, nonprofit management, communications, ministry, or related field.
7-10 years of leadership experience in nonprofit work, community engagement, employee care, business, communications, ministry, or related areas.
Experience managing relationships, teams, programs, budgets, volunteers, or community partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, team leadership, and storytelling skills.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with humility, discretion, sound judgment, and alignment with Danos' purpose and culture.
Role Orientation
