The role of Executive Account Manager works with top customers to drive growth and build meaningful business relationships.   The Executive Account Manager will develop and execute business plans to accomplish company goals.  This position understands customer’s goals, needs, wants and drivers and will monitor and maintain strong awareness of all opportunities within account(s), near and long term.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plan to accomplish company goals
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts
  • Monitor, maintain and capture all opportunities within account(s) in CRM system
  • Look for opportunities that take Danos into services or geographies we are not currently in, but should be, or changes to current strategy or service delivery model that add more value to customer and/or separates us from competition
  • Gather market and competitor intel
  • Work hand in hand with internal groups to maintain awareness of all activities and needs within account(s)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years oilfield experience, preferably in a sales or customer focused position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with using CRM type systems
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate customer needs
  • Strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships across the organization
