The role of Training Coordinator assists in planning, coordinating, and directing the compliance training for field employees.
Responsibilities
Assist in establishing strategy for accomplishing activities required to execute corporate approved compliance training philosophy
Manage entries in compliance training tracking systems for field employees
Assist in maintaining corporate database with current compliance requirements
Communicate with field employees and their respective division manager, account manager, and/or personnel coordinator regarding required compliance training
Schedule field employees for compliance training
Manage travel requirements for field employees while attending compliance training to include lodging and mileage
Assist in managing invoicing allocated to the Compliance Training department
Manage DOT OQ reports in ISNETWORLD
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous experience with training databases such as ISNetworld preferred
