Danos Expectation

Danos has an opening for the position of Job Cost/Timekeeper Lead. This position will be based at Danos’ Facility in Gray, La.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the time entry into the Track system
    • Balance daily labor hours and Revenue into Track software against the Danos accounting system
    • Work closely with Danos payroll department and timekeepers to resolve issues
    • Research variances for invoicing
  • Interface with multiple levels of project leadership, site employees as needed and client interface regarding Track cost tracking
  • Comply with client driven deadlines
  • Create invoices
  • Monitor and provide Track to Danos payment information

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal communication skills in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and be very detailed oriented
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite- Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior Customer Service experience a plus
  • Accounting, job cost or timekeeping background experience a plus
